Instalment tetap sama tiap2 bulan tetapi setiap instalment ada bahagiam principle dan bahagian interest / financing cost. Diawal-awal tempoh financing, bank ambil bahagian mereka dulu dan sedikit sangat bahagian akan ditolak dari principle.

Memang kita sayang anak kita, tetapi we have to draw a line setakat mana kita sanggup assist them financially.

Bila terpaksa rela belanja RM750,000 and finito in 7 years for reasons disclosed, cam mana nak teruskan kehidupan ?

Personally, pernah ada a mother (cancer) with 3 daughters jumpa saya di pejabar Cheras. Rasa macam nak cekik perilaku anak-anak akak ini sebab dok rebut nak duit kwsp akak (ibu mereka) while disregarding health condition ibu mereka.
Bapa (chronic asthma) tak mampu buat apa-apa. Dok diam perhati perangai anak- anak.

Kak Jas dah naik suara and reminded the girls :
1/ ini duit your mom
2/ your mom is seriously unwell
3/ you all dah dewasa and must learn to be independent & responsible adults.

Frustration saya (with the girls) kisah 10 tahun dahulu masih terasa sampai hari ini)
