Aloe Vera fresh from my garden. Usually what I do is to cut out a piece ( 6-8inches long) out and peel off the skin and soak it in water

Next u can cut any type of fruits or green veggies u like to blend with it with 50 ml of water or coconut juice or half a lemon ( fresh) & honey ( 1tbsp)

It gives u Vitamins, minerals and enzyme ( anti aging) with a touch of refreshment and detox naturally

However those who has digestive system problem is advice not to take it daily but moderately

The last picture taken is evidence of oil frozen when add in ice water

So please do not drink ice water when you take your meals
