Sometimes, the greatest return in this business isn’t a sale — it’s a friendship 🤗
I met Latiffah by chance in 2017 when I was invited to a women-only event via an acquaintance at that time. We sat at the same table and even though our chat was short, we exchanged numbers.
I really liked her gentle presence and asked if I could get to know her better, so we met up over coffee.
She was already a Prudential policyholder at the time and was looking for another advisor to help her understand what exactly she had been paying for all these years.
Over the years, I became aware of her financial situation as she is a freelance baker, but I'd still provide her with updates from the company and assist her with her queries whenever she had them.
Latiffah became one of my close confidante and we would have meals together to share updates about relationships, work, family, etc.
It was always so comforting to be in her motherly presence.
Thank you, Latiffah, for being my voice of reason and for always making me feel so seen 🥰
This isn't goodbye; see you in Kuching! 😍
