Moore Malaysia at UTAR Career Xplorer 2026

Our Greater KL colleagues had a rewarding two days at UTAR Career Xplorer 2026, held at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Sungai Long Campus, and organised by the UTAR Accounting Society.

Throughout the event, we had the pleasure of meeting many enthusiastic students eager to explore career opportunities in professional services, including audit, tax, advisory and risk consulting. It was encouraging to see their curiosity, ambition and readiness to take the next step in their professional journey.

Beyond sharing life at Moore Malaysia and the opportunities we offer, the event was also a meaningful platform for conversations on career aspirations, professional growth and the skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving business landscape.

Career and Education Expo 2026 (EKSPEN 2026) at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang.

Moore Movie Night 🍿🎬

Our HQ colleagues in PJ came together last Friday for an evening of entertainment and shared experiences as we enjoyed a special screening of the Movie - Colony.

To make the experience even more memorable, everyone was treated a complimentary popcorn and drinks while relaxing in the comfort of a premiere hall cinema, bringing movie night to a whole new level.

Beyond the entertainment, the movie night had created a meaningful space for our colleagues to recharge, connect, and enjoy quality time with one another.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making the evening such a memorable one. We hope that the movie night provided a refreshing break from the daily routine and left everyone feeling re-energised for the days ahead.

Durian Feast at Balik Pulau

Last Thursday, our Moore Penang team headed to Balik Pulau for a well-deserved durian feast — back at a familiar spot, but with a fresh mix of colleagues and new memories made.

It wasn’t just about the king of fruits, it was the laughter, conversations and camaraderie around the table that made the evening special. From first-time tasters to true durian fans, everyone brought great energy and even better company.

After an intense April peak season, our KL Audit Management Team took some well-deserved time off for a management team building retreat to the beautiful cities of Shangri-La and Lijiang.

Following months of leading engagements, navigating tight timelines and guiding our teams through demanding reviews, this trip was a chance to slow down, recharge and reconnect beyond the usual deadlines.

From breathtaking scenery to meaningful conversations and shared laughter, the journey strengthened bonds and reminded us that strong leadership is built not only in the boardroom — but through shared experiences as one team.
