We are hiring accounts executive as contract for service (no statutory deductions, no benefits).

This is not the common AR, AP, GL role, but an internal checker role. This role focuses on process checking, controls, and guidance, working closely with internal teams to ensure transactions are executed correctly and consistently with established SOPs and policies. It will be interesting for those who enjoy reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and ensuring compliance rather than doing routine accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities:

Review transactions and processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls

Act as an internal checker to identify errors, inconsistencies, or process gaps

Guide and support new joiners on accounting processes and company policies

Clarify procedures and provide practical guidance to operational teams

Assist in improving or documenting processes where necessary

This role is suitable for candidates who:

Have a strong understanding of accounting processes and controls

Prefer analytical and review-based work over transactional accounting (AR/AP/GL)

Are detail-oriented and comfortable enforcing standards

Communicate clearly and enjoy guiding others

Based at Hartamas, fully on-site for contract duration of 1 year contract. Contract will be renewed based on performance.
