23 Oct 2025- IN-HOUSE TRAINING: MEDICAL COST INFLATION AND ESTATE MANAGEMENT

As part of MASSA’s continuous efforts to support and develop our employees, an in-house training session on Medical Cost Inflation and Estate Management. The session was conducted by Mr. Shazrul Azri bin Zainudin from Prudential BSN Takaful (LTH Group Asia). It provided valuable insights into how individuals can effectively manage their personal finances in the face of rising medical costs and inflation.

This initiative reflects MASSA’s ongoing commitment to equipping our staff with essential financial literacy knowledge and skills.

The training formed part of our structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program , encompassing both technical and non-technical components, ensuring that MASSA employees continue to grow and remain resilient amidst change.

We thank all staff for their active participation and engagement, and we extend our appreciation to Mr. Shazrul Azri for sharing his knowledge and expertise.

From boardrooms to mountains, MASSA stands tall!

The climb was not without challenges ; on 15 Sept, heavy rain turned us back just 500m from the start. Yet, true to our spirit, the team set out again the next morning. On 16 Sept, we reached Kinabalu’s 4,095m summit, carrying with us the pride of 30 years of strength and unity.

This conquest is more than a climb ; it’s a reminder that determination and teamwork can overcome any obstacle.
