📌 重要税务通知：代理商、经销商和分销商的自开电子发票规则和预扣税规则 📌

📝 Self-Billed e-Invoice Rule:

The Buyer (Payor) shall issue self-billed e-Invoices for applicable transactions involving payments to agents, dealers, and distributors (i.e., commissions).

买方（付款人）应为向代理商、经销商和分销商（即佣金）的支付开出自开电子发票适用的交易。

💰 Withholding Tax Rule:

Additionally, starting from 1st January 2022, a 2% Withholding Tax (WHT) will be imposed on agents, dealers, and distributors whose commissions surpass RM100,000 within one year.

此外，从2022年1月1日起，商家需要针对佣金在一年内超过100,000令吉的代理商、经销商和分销商征收2%的预扣税（WHT）。
