CONVERSATION AT THE END OF THE YEAR END 2023 BETWEEN CLIENT AND AUDITOR DURING ANALYTICAL REVIEW.

Auditor: Why was there a decrease in Gross Margin from 25% prior year to 20% this year?

Client: Removal of subsidy impacted overheads cost in which we could not pass full cost to our customers.

Auditor: Why was there an increase in Selling, General and Administrative (SG&A) Expenses when compare to last year.

Client: Removal of Subsidy by June impacted 7 months of operational costs. This impacted transportation, to power. We had to increase Salary and reduce impact on our staff.

Auditor: True, I agree. Make sense. Documented as discussed. No further question on this.

Loose your sense of humor and lose your life!
Sure, laughter is healthy.
And if you can't afford it... try smiling.
Motivation can come through anything and from anywhere.

Many founders talks only about growth.
Growth for the sake of growth is the ideology of the cancer cell.
Expansion is what you want to plan for from scratch which implies that your business plan must include a growth strategy. It must allow you to take new, unexpected opportunities.
It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation.
Settling for less is a disease that will eat you slowly until you die without achieving anything and maximizing your potentials.
Being an entrepreneur means you have to intentional and decide to explore.
Always remember this when you get stuck.

Don't be a slave to your business.
Even when your master isn't serving you well, right?
Don't worry about people stealing your ideas.
If your ideas are any good, you will have to ram them down people's throats.
