Terms and conditions for the investment packages
For the sake of accountability and effectiveness to ensure no party exploits the other we put together these terms and conditions;
1. The Risk factor
This is an investment and Risk is inevitable. We manage these risk by using a RISK LIMIT; meaning in the worst case scenario if 30% of the capital is lost, we would stop trading and inform the investor of this. The investor gets to decide if he/she wants to continue with the investment now treating the new 70% as 100% while still risking 30% or if the investor wants to call it quits and withdraw the 70%.
It's a safety measure to limit the amount lost in the worst case scenario. While the odds of this happening is very low due to our risk management system using just 1% of the trading capital per entry, it is very important to maintain balance.
Risking 30% to gain 50% is a fair bargain.
