In a recent video, our correspondents Igwe Amarachi Charley and Harper Collins shed light on their personal experiences with agents inflating prices for rent and property sales.

Igwe Amarachi Charley shared how she was charged a whopping N700k for a shop originally priced at N200k, with an additional N3000 demanded for an inspection fee.

Meanwhile, Harper Collins recounted his encounter with an agent who demanded N250k for a property worth only N50k.
