उद्योग विभागले IMIS मार्फत अधिकांश औद्योगिक सेवाहरू पूर्ण रूपमा अनलाइन प्रणालीमा सञ्चालन गर्ने व्यवस्था लागू गरेको छ। यो कदमले उद्यमी र लगानीकर्ताका लागि सेवा प्रवाहलाई थप छिटो, पारदर्शी र व्यवसायमैत्री बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। १८ साउन २०८३ देखि तोकिएका सेवाका लागि भौतिक आवेदन स्वीकार गरिने छैन।
