💙 We're Moving Our Butts for Bowel Cancer NZ! 💙

Every month in New Zealand, 250 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer, and 100 lives are lost. These aren’t just numbers—they’re people, families, and stories cut short.

This February, our team at Shelley Tweedy & Associates Ltd are taking on the Move Your Butt challenge to raise funds for research and essential services that reduce the impact of this devastating disease.

Every dollar raised goes directly to providing vital services like counselling, physiotherapy, and financial assistance for patients and their families. These services offer comfort and hope when it’s needed most.

Together, we can save lives and support those battling bowel cancer. Every step we take this February honors someone we’ve lost.

Yesterday, we hosted an insightful Wellness Wednesday session, and it was a hit! We partnered with Empire St to bring this initiative to life for our staff, focusing on energy and hormones—key areas for maintaining health at any age.

The talk was a real eye-opener, helping us understand the importance of tuning in to our bodies and addressing signs and symptoms early on to promote long-term wellness.
