Please welcome Ashleigh Pattullo to the MortgageLife team.

Ashleigh has joined us as our Mortgage Administrator and she's quickly becoming the person who keeps us all on track. She brings a background in customer service, real estate and business operations, and a genuine love of helping people.

You may not always see Ashleigh at the front of the meeting, but you will feel the difference she makes. She's behind the scenes keeping things organised, making sure nothing slips through the cracks and ensuring your application moves along smoothly.

Outside of work, you'll find her with family and friends, getting outdoors, or chasing after her busy toddler.

We're really glad to have you on board, Ashleigh.

That feeling when your first home buyer wins the auction.

Big misconception: people think first home buyers can't compete at auction. They can, you just need to be fully unconditional before you start bidding.

This client did the work early. Finance sorted, no conditions, ready to go. That meant they could walk into the room and bid with total confidence, no finance clause to worry about, no risk of missing out because the paperwork wasn't ready.

They ended up getting a great deal.

If you've been told you can't do this, let's chat.

What a day! 💛🌼

On Friday, we spent the day collecting again for Daffodil Day, a cause that is incredibly important to us all.

A massive thank you to everyone who donated, stopped for a chat or simply shared a smile. And a special thank you to the amazing team who worked together to organise the day, support one another and get out there collecting.

The support and generosity from our Christchurch community was so lovely to see.

Together, we can make a difference 💛

Everyone wants a lower interest rate on their mortgage, but there are other ways to save money by talking to your bank.
