🩸 Giving back is in our blood! 🩸

Last week, some of the Rodgers & Co team visited NZ Blood Canterbury to donate blood and plasma. We were incredibly impressed by the amazing staff who made the experience so welcoming, easy, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Every donation has the potential to make a life-saving difference for someone in need. Whether it's helping accident victims, people undergoing surgery, cancer patients, or those with ongoing medical conditions, donated blood and plasma are vital to healthcare in New Zealand.

A huge thank you to the NZ Blood Canterbury team for the important work you do every day.

🏉 Supporting Our Future Champions 🏉

At Rodgers & Co, we're proud to support the communities we work and live in. This month, we were delighted to contribute to help the Ohoka Rugby Year 6 teams on their journey to the Global Games Junior Rugby Tournament in Queenstown.

This incredible opportunity was about so much more than rugby. It gives these young players the chance to travel, challenge themselves, build lifelong friendships, and develop important values such as teamwork, respect, and resilience.

Daffodil Day 2026! At Rodgers & Co, we're proud to support causes that make a real difference in our community.

This month, our team came together for a fundraising morning tea in support of the Cancer Society New Zealand Daffodil Day. It was a wonderful opportunity to raise funds, share some delicious treats, and of course, enjoy a little dress-up fun along the way!

And the games are done! From creative challenges and impressive sporting feats to enthusiastic cheering from the sidelines, our teams embraced every event with great spirit and teamwork. Congratulations to Team Small Margins for taking out the win with Hel's Angels running second and JACKT coming in a very close third.
We're incredibly lucky to work alongside such a supportive, enthusiastic, and fun group of people. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the week one to remember.

🏅 The competition is on! 🏆
To celebrate the spirit of the Commonwealth Games, the Rodgers & Co team has launched our own in-office games challenge!
We've split into three teams, each captained by one of our directors, complete with team names, flags, and plenty of competitive spirit.
Every day brings a new challenge, a few laughs, and the chance to earn valuable points for team glory. Will it be skill, strategy, or sheer determination that takes home the gold?
