At MCI, our values are more than words, they shape how we work, how we support our clients,
and how we contribute to our team and wider community.

We asked some of our staff what MCI’s values mean to them personally. Here’s what they had
to say. 🎥

Because at the heart of MCI are the people who bring our values to life every day.

This week, we’re celebrating Ray, one of MCI’s long-standing Client Managers, who has been part of the business for an incredible 49 and a half years!

Ray’s journey dates all the way back to 1977, meaning he has been there through the early days, mergers and evolution that have helped shape MCI into the firm it is today.

Anyone who knows Ray will know he’s always ready with a joke and never far away from making the team laugh. But all jokes aside, nearly five decades of service is an incredible achievement and a testament to the experience, knowledge and commitment Ray continues to bring to MCI.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything Ray has contributed over the years. He continues to be an integral part of the MCI team, and we’re very lucky to have him! 💙
