Today we’ve announced an agreement for Craigs to acquire Dunedin-based financial planning and wealth management firm Polson Higgs Wealth Management Limited (phwealth).
Craigs CEO Simon Tong says PHWealth brings strong capability and experience in financial planning, delivered by a talented and motivated team.
“Ultimately, this agreement will bring the best of both firms together to offer a broader range of financial planning and wealth management services,” he says.
phwealth CEO Rhodes Donald says Craigs adds the national scale and global reach required to develop the business. “We couldn’t have asked for a better fit.”
