You must have the following skills and knowledge to be suitable for this role:
• Relevant experience working with Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well in a smaller team
• Self-motivated and have initiative
• Strong track record for "attention to detail" and accuracy
Key responsibilities will include:
• Loading and processing accounts payable/receivable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Month end processes
• General admin and support
• Office enquiries
Hours Per Week: approximately 15 – 25 (times to be discussed)
Start Date: Immediately
