Dr Marie Doole runs Mātaki Environmental, a specialist advisory practice focused on environmental research, strategy and regulation. Marie is a Masterton local of several years, married to Aaron an IT engineer and mum to two lovely daughters. Marie is passionate about contributing to the community, chairing the Wainuioru School and Community Nursery, being a Trustee of WaiP2K, playing football for Wairarapa United and enjoying monthly trips out birding as a keen member of BirdsNZ Wairarapa.

"Starting my own practice was all kinds of scary. Having the wonderful women of Innovative Advisory just a phone call away made all the difference. Hi everyone! I'm Sarah! 👋

I’m excited to be the newest member of the Innovative Advisory Team! I will be adding a bit of glue to the already beautiful collage that is IA. 🙌

My background is in office administration, but I’ve done a little of everything! Recently I completed a certificate in Accounting Services Support, and these are the skills I am most looking forward to honoring! 👩‍🎓

I live in Masterton with my little family, and I thoroughly enjoy participating in community groups like the Wairarapa Kids Choir and the Lansdowne Park Choir. 👩‍🎤

When not at work, my life revolves around my kids and their numerous activities! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

My smiling face may be the first one you see when you visit IA and I’m looking forward to getting to know you all! 🤩
