🎋 This one landed in our inbox and we had to share it.

There's a type of bamboo that spends years building roots underground before a single shoot appears above the surface. For a long time, it looks like nothing is happening.

Then it grows at extraordinary speed — because the foundation was already there.

It's a good reminder for anyone running a business. The quiet work matters. The systems you're building, the processes you're tightening, the habits you're forming — even when there's nothing visible to show for it yet.

What's one foundation you're strengthening this week?

Thanks to Dave Birch at SmartAR for the Monday morning reminder 🙌 smartAR

🌟 𝗔 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗔𝗥 🌟

We loved this week’s message from our partners at 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗔𝗥 — a great reminder that even small actions make a big difference. 💛

“A boy once walked along a beach littered with thousands of starfish. One by one, he tossed them back into the sea.
An old man said, ‘Why bother? There are too many — you’ll never make a difference.’
The boy picked up another, threw it in, and replied, ‘Made a difference to that one.’”

A beautiful reminder that change doesn’t come from one person doing everything — it comes from all of us doing something.

✨ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽: Do one small thing today that makes a difference for someone — a call, a kind word, a simple gesture. It matters more than you think.

Proud moment as a sponsor. The boys played a great game and brought the Blair Davidson trophy home from Wanaka last weekend. We’re right behind them as they get set to defend it this afternoon ⚽️⚽️
