What do our team get up to outside of work?

Nicole and husband Vince bought a new lifestyle property earlier in the year, so Nicole spends her time learning how to be a gardener (currently waiting for a lesson on how to prune roses), trying to raise happy healthy chooks (she actually bought them toys 🤯), teaching her boys some valuable lessons (and then supervising like a hawk to make sure they don’t injure themselves) and currently they are in the middle of a DIY project to build a bar in their back shed, so lots going on.

Nice to see that they did take a break to get away to the rugby in Wellington over the weekend though.

Our office will be closed Friday 10th July for Te Rā Aro ki a Matariki.

Matariki is a time for remembrance, celebrating the present and for looking to the future. Our team will take the time to spend time with friends and family, share kai and make plans for the coming year, we hope you all get the chance to do this too.

Our event with Lizi Guest is coming up next week and honestly… we’d LOVE a full house for this one.

Lizi is one of our own. A local woman with an incredible story, who has built an amazing career while navigating the realities of business, motherhood, challenge and change. We know there is going to be so much value in this conversation and we would love to see our community get behind her.

We also wanted to remind people that Women & Business isn’t just for business owners. You absolutely do not need to own a business, manage a team or have your career “figured out” to attend.

Women & Business is for any woman who enjoys connection, conversation, learning and being surrounded by supportive people. We have women attend from all walks of life and stages of life and that is exactly what makes our community so special.

Something a bit different today. We are out at Rangatira Golf Club supporting a Meet The Need NZ charity golf day. Meet the Need is passionate about feeding all New Zealanders and giving everyone access to quality nutritious protein, a worthy cause to support we think.
