Very disappointed with the local business here in Te Awamutu, The Promo Lab, that supplied and branded my corporate apparel; they are no longer interested in my business. I was informed when I called them this morning to order some new business shirts with my logo on them that they have a new policy since my previous order: if I require more shirts, I will have to order a minimum of 10 items. As a sole trader of one, this is completely ridiculous.

I decided to call Sarah back to give her some feedback, expressing my disappointment and letting her know that, obviously, The Promo Lab does not support small businesses like mine if they have such a policy in place.

It doesn’t take a genius to see that they only want business from large corporate clients who wouldn’t bat an eye at ordering more than 10 items.

I feel for the other local small businesses that have previously used their services. I was then told to use one of those logo printing places you find in a mall instead.

Unfortunately, due to my thyroid cancer, I have issues with my weight. This is why I was going to replace my business shirts with the next size up for better comfort.

Time to source a business out of town who can help with my order.

Wow can’t believe it's just about Christmas and what a year it's been. Wanted to wish all my clients and followers a Merry Christmas.
My last day in my office will be 20 December 2024 12pm then back on board 13 January 2025.
