💗 Wow... what a week!
This time last Thursday night, I was sitting up at the hospital with Tayne after he came off his motorbike. It certainly wasn't how I expected the evening to turnout.

Then everything changed...
✨ Friday – Announced as a finalist in THREE categories at the 2026 NZ Virtual Assistant Awards.
✨ Monday – Announced as a finalist in TWO categories at the 2026 Taupō Stella Awards.
✨ Monday – Also announced as a finalist for the 2026 NZQBA Bookkeeper of the Year Award.
✨ Yesterday – My podcast episode with NZQBA went live.
And just a couple of weeks ago, I was also honoured to be a finalist in the ICNZB Bookkeeping Business of the Year Award.

When I look back over the past week, it's been a real reminder that life can change in an instant. There have been moments of worry, excitement, gratitude, and celebration all rolled into one.
If there's one thing I've learnt, it's this...
Just do it.
Put yourself out there. Apply for the awards. Say yes to the opportunities. Back yourself.
You never know where they might lead. 💗
Tayne is recovering slowly.

We are happy to announce that Taupo Landfill station on Broadlands road is now excepting expired car seats! Absolutely amazing! Taupo is 1 of 2 stations that do this service…. Free of charge! They can recycle up to 75% of the seat!
Come down to our car seat drive thru this Saturday to see if your seat is expire or not. We are happy to help!
