After much thought, we’ve made the bittersweet decision to close the doors of Scene & Co. (previously B’s Event Hire)

We have made some wonderful memories making your visions come to life with coordinating weddings to smaller events and beyond. Seeing each one of our customers be blown away with what we do to a space to create it into something special, is something we are going to miss greatly. What made it truly special though, was you!

To every customer who trusted us with their events, sharing social media post, told a friend, hired equipment from us, thank you. Your support never went unnoticed. Every booking, every kind word, every bit of loyalty meant the world.

Running Scene & Co has been an incredible chapter in our lives and now we move onto the next! We’ve met amazing people, built beautiful connections, and created something we were truly proud of.

Hello! I’m Bailey, but a lot of you know me as B! 🎉 Co-owner of Scene & Co alongside the amazing Teish.

By day, I run my other business, where I’m all about making people feel beautiful in their own skin! 💄 When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my husband and our beloved fur babies 🐾 or down at our local rugby club 🏉

I might not drink caffeine to get through my crazy work schedule, but a cold Pepsi Max? That’s definitely the way to my heart! ❤️

I’m incredibly passionate about all things weddings and events, and I thrive on creativity and organisation. ✨ There’s something truly magical about turning ideas into unforgettable experiences. While I sometimes struggle to articulate the visions in my head, once I switch into “work mode,” there’s no stopping me! I love bringing those dreams to life for our clients. 💭🎨

A little about me:
By day, I work full-time for an accounting firm here in Timaru. 💼 Outside of work, I’m kept busy by my energetic 8-year-old daughter, Quinn, who is my constant source of chaos and fun. 👧 I’ve called South Canterbury home for most of my life, and it’s where my creative energy thrives. 💡 I’ve got a head full of ideas, and when I spot a vision, I’m determined to bring it to life. 🎨

I’m passionate about all things sports 🏐🏉 and have recently started to explore the world of golf! ⛳
