I have started supporting an accounting student who is looking for bookkeeping work. They have experience in data entry into Xero Accounting Software including entering Accounts Payable invoices/receipts and are looking for work in the bookkeeping arena. As a Chartered Accountant I would be supervising their work and will be checking on them, but you would only pay their hourly rate of $25 per hour. If you are looking for someone to help take admin off your hands, freeing up more time, please get in touch with me and we can discuss the logistics.
Nothing is too small for them as they are looking to gain experience and build a platform for a career in accounting.
You do not have to be a client of my practice nor have to sign up to my practice, this is solely their contract work with the bonus of my oversight, so feel free to share this with any friends and family who might be interested.

From 1 July 2024 the bright-line property rule is changing.

Here is what you need to know.

👉 If you sell a property before 1 July 2024, the current bright-line periods still apply.

👉 If you sell a property on or after 1 July 2024, the bright-line property rule will only apply if the property is sold within 2 years of purchasing it.
