Meet Natasha 👋

The woman helping keep the admin moving behind the scenes at Cloud Link Bookkeeping!

Tasha has been supporting Cloud Link since late 2025, helping with our own business administration and our clients’ day-to-day admin.

With experience across accounting firms, trades and retail, she enjoys keeping people organised so they can concentrate on running their businesses.

She works with Xero, Fergus, Google Drive and email systems to keep information in order and everyday tasks moving.

Outside of work, Tasha is a busy mum of three, living in beautiful Hawke’s Bay with her husband, children and their sweet old dog. 🐾

We’re looking forward to sharing more about our Job & Business Admin Support service, from timesheets and supplier invoices to chasing missing job details and helping get customer invoices out the door.

3 things your accountant will ask for this month.

April is the month of the accountant's email. You know the one…

The long list of questions and requests that makes you want to close your laptop and walk away.

Get ahead of it this year. Here are the three things they are going to ask for.

1. Bank balances as of March 31.
They need to know if your accounting software matches your bank balance.

2. A list of debtors and creditors.
Who owed you money on March 31, and who did you owe money to?

3. Details of any new assets purchased.
Did you buy a new van or heavy equipment? They need the receipts.

Calm is not found. It is made.
If you are running a trades business, the weekend often feels like a myth. It is just two days where the phone rings slightly less, but the mental load stays the same.

But here is the reality. You cannot pour from an empty cup. You cannot lead a team, manage clients, and grow a business if you never actually stop.

This morning, I am making the active choice to step away. Coffee. Pets. No screens. No spreadsheets.
