Flourish is a management consultancy built on a simple but powerful whakaaro: in order to flourish above, one must be firmly rooted below. He tina ki runga, he tāmore ki raro.

Last week's Leadership Workshops with Te Taiohitoa o Te Awe brought our rangatahi together for a day of learning, growth and powerful conversations.

Massive mihi to Charles Goldsmith and Elkan Seaga for pouring into our rangatahi and sharing knowledge that will carry beyond the workshop.

The future is bright when our rangatahi are surrounded by people willing to guide, uplift and believe in them.

Today our rangatahi spent the day diving into leadership, identity, responsibility and the whakaaro behind becoming strong future leaders for our people.

Big mihi to Charles Goldsmith from Te Tari Taake and Elkan Seaga from the Service Industry Skill Board for sharing their stories, lessons and wisdom with our tauira throughout the day.

Hearing our rangatahi speak on what leadership means to them reminded us that leadership isn’t always about standing at the front. Sometimes it’s about uplifting the people beside you.

Yesterday’s Leadership Clinic with Hinewai Quensell created space for our rangatahi to reflect on who they are, what inspires them, and where they want to go.

Through Mata Ārahi Manomano, they explored their own pathways — sharing their goals, their influences, and the futures they’re beginning to shape.

This kaupapa reminds us that the answers aren’t far away — they already exist within our rangatahi.
The potential is there. The direction is theirs. The journey is just getting started.
