Bakit pa ko kukuha ng personal insurance kung meron naman na ako sa company namin? ๐ค May idea ka ba sa total coverage mo? Tingin mo po sapat ba yun to sustain ung lifestyle ng family mo now in case something happens to you?
Insured din ako sa dati kong company, may kaltas ako sa salary ko every month, pero resign na ako, kaya di na ako insured sa kanila, sayang panahon at naihulog ko diba di rin naman maibabalik ๐ค
A friend also said this to me before, โMay insurance na ako sa company ko eh.โ
This is one of the reasons bakit hindi PRIORITY ng ibang employed ang kumuha ng personal protection plan.

โWhat if, si employee becomes critically ill and exceeded his HMO limit? Will the company cover their entire hospital bills?
โWhat if, an illness or an accident prevents the employee from fulfilling his work? Will they still be able to keep his job?
โWhat if, an employee resigns or got laid off? Are they still qualified for the company benefits?
โWhat if, the company provided benefit is minimal coverage only? Will it be enough to cover the needs and secure their familyโs future?
