Are you an online seller, merchant, digital platform operator, or other covered taxpayer?

The BIR Registration Seal Badge is a visible indication that your business is registered with the BIR. It also allows customers and other parties to verify your BIR registration through the QR code.

For businesses operating online, the Seal Badge should be properly displayed on applicable websites, mobile applications, online shops, or e-commerce platform profiles and should remain clear, readable, and unaltered.

📅 DEADLINE: OCTOBER 31, 2026

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Failure to comply with the BIR Registration Seal Badge display requirement on or before October 31, 2026 may result in applicable penalties.
