‼️TAX ADVISORY‼️

Per Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 58-2023, the electronic Certificate of Registration (eCOR) generated through the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) and printed by taxpayers is valid and does not require a signature.

The eCOR bears a QR Code that may be scanned to validate its authenticity online.

Taxpayers are reminded that the COR or eCOR issued through ORUS must be posted conspicuously at the place of business.

📢 IMPORTANT TAX ADVISORY: UPDATE YOUR eBIRFORMS

Taxpayers using the eBIRForms Offline Package are advised to update to the latest version, v7.9.6.1, to ensure proper functionality and access to the most recent enhancements.

✅ Version 7.9.6.0 remains operational.
⚠️ Older versions will soon be discontinued and will no longer be supported.

To avoid possible disruptions in preparing and filing your tax returns, please update at the earliest opportunity. Before installation, remember to:

1️⃣ Download and install the latest version;
2️⃣ Back up your saved tax returns and related data; and
3️⃣ Restore your backed-up data after installation, when applicable.

Carefully follow the procedures in the accompanying User Manual to protect and preserve your previously saved returns.

📢 SYSTEM ADVISORY: AVAILABLE NA ANG eBIRFORMS! ✅💻

Ang eBIRForms System ay muli nang available at accessible simula August 15, 2026, 2:00 AM.

Maaari nang magpatuloy ang taxpayers sa online submission ng kanilang tax returns. Kung nakapaghanda o nakapag-save na ng return habang unavailable ang system, maaari na itong i-submit online. Hintayin at i-save ang Tax Return Receipt Confirmation (TRRC) na ipapadala sa inyong registered email bilang patunay ng successful submission.

📌 PAALALA: Para sa affected non-eFPS taxpayers na covered ng RMC No. 095-2026, ang applicable extended deadline ay August 18, 2026.
