Deadline for filing your income tax is n April 15, 2013. No extension, file it now.

For those receiving purely compensation income from one employee, where tax was correctly withheld, no need to file.

For those receiving compensation income but also receiving income from other sources should file and accomplish the return combined with the compensation income.

When tax due equals tax withheld, therefore no tax payable, then you can file your income tax at your Revenue District Office of BIR.

If tax due exceeds tax withheld, therefore there is tax payable, proceed to your Authorized Agent Bank (AAB) to pay, don't go to BIR office if there is payment, they will not accept your payment.
