What a GREAT way to start December!

Two months ago, my client messaged me that she has COVID and was confined in the hospital.

I was quite concerned as her policy was just less than 2 years old and was worried with the extensive investigation during the processing of the claim.

She had a medical history on 2011 where there were issues with her medical records as the hospital was undergoing renovation.

And just recently, after months of waiting, PRU informed us that her Daily Hospital Income was already APPROVED and that the proceeds of Php 11,000 had already been deposited to her bank account!

For some, this amount may not be enough but for many Filipinos who are breadwinners, this is already of HUGE help.
