Insurance allows us to transfer risk we cannot afford or we choose not to accept. When you have a policy, you hold a share-transfer type of relationship with the insurance company - the premium you pay is your share for the small portion of the risk you responsibly accept while transferring the larger portion of the risk to the insurer! This is what makes Insurance such a wonderful partner to have.

Savings and Investments - these two are forms of wealth accumulation we should highly value. But without Insurance, these two can easily be depleted once an emergency strikes the family (God forbid).

I want to foster hope when I talk about Insurance - hope that family can properly recover (with less or without financial burden) for any emergency that may arise.

Most of the time, our hesitation to do the things that we know will be beneficial to us is due to lack of knowledge. When you come to this point, don't let lack of information immobilize you.

Just like with Financial Planning - getting insured specifically, marami sa atin ang nahihiya to reach out dahil sa mga doubts kung kaya ba i-avail ang plan or sobrang bagsak ang financial standing etc.

Kapag masaya kang nagbibigay, hinding hindi ka mauubusan. 💛

Maraming nagsasabi na bilang anak, hindi natin obligasyon tumulong sa mga magulang kapag nagkatrabaho/business na tayo. Mostly say, focus on your future to break the parent-children financial dependence. Kaya ibang klase yung saya ko when clients reached out to me to consult about insurance for their parents, sobrang nakakataba ng puso.

While it is not our obligation to help our parents, know that their generation was dealt with a different card which rooted probably to wrong financial concept. Kaya malaking percentage ng mga Pinoy and di ganun ka-financial literate. Let's break the cycle, but while at it, kung kaya naman natin tumulong sa kanila, gawin natin! 🙏

I want to kick off the 2nd half of the year with my new Sun Life Partners. Thank you for your trust and congratulations for taking the step towards a secured future!

Just to share, madalas, I conduct Financial Needs Assessment with Family or just couples. This is the first time that I conducted it with a couple and their friend. When I realized the importance of Insurance, I want nothing but to ensure that my family and close friends get secured. Nakakatuwa and nakakabilib makakita ng ganitong friendship. When you push each other to be better in any aspect - when you want to learn together.

As an advisor, I believe it's a two-way street. They get to learn something from me and vice versa. Ang key takeaway ko with my new clients is that always look after not just our family's welfare but our friend's as well. Nothing but respect to the friendship that lifts each other up - teach/educate, share knowledge about potential business or life hacks/tips or simply motivate one another to plan ahead.
