What a fantastic way to wrap up Day 6 of the 2026 PICPA Cebu Accountancy Week Celebration! 🎊

Trivia Night 3.0 brought together 13 teams for an evening filled with laughter, friendly competition, and brain-teasing questions. From start to finish, the energy was incredible as participants battled it out in a fun and exciting test of knowledge.

To ensure a smooth registration and kit claiming process during the 13th PICPA Cebu Summit, please take note of the following:

📅 Registration and payment cut-off is on July 20, 2026 (11:59 PM).

Participants who have registered and completed payment on or before July 20 will be included in the Official Participant Masterlist, allowing them to proceed directly to the designated kit claiming counters during the Summit.

Registrations or payments received after July 20 will be accommodated as Walk-in Participants.

Please note that:
• Walk-in participants will undergo on-site registration and verification.
• Summit kits for walk-in participants are subject to availability.

🎓 DAY 5 RECAP | Education Sector Day Meet the Examiner and Career Talk

Day 5 of the 2026 PICPA Cebu Accountancy Week Celebration was a truly meaningful and productive day as students, educators, and accounting professionals came together for Education Sector Day at the University of San Jose–Recoletos.

The day began with Meet the Examiner, where participants had the rare opportunity to hear directly from the CPA Licensure Examination examiner. The session provided valuable insights into the updated CPALE syllabus, examination expectations, and practical tips that will help prepare future Certified Public Accountants for success.

The afternoon continued with an engaging Career Talk, featuring distinguished professionals from the four sectors of the accountancy profession—Public Practice, Commerce and Industry, Government, and Academe. Through their inspiring career journeys and practical advice, students gained a deeper appreciation of the diverse opportunities that await them after graduation and the many ways they can make a meaningful impact as future CPAs.

A heartfelt thank you to our esteemed speakers, panelists, moderators, faculty members, and participants for making today's sessions engaging, insightful, and inspiring. Your willingness to share your expertise and experiences continues to empower the next generation of accounting professionals.

🧠 DAY 4 RECAP | Annual Accounting Quiz Bowl

The brightest minds in accountancy took center stage as students from participating colleges and universities competed in the Annual Accounting Quiz Bowl, one of the highlights of Day 4 of the 2026 PICPA Cebu Accountancy Week Celebration.

Divided into Level 1 and Level 2 categories, the competition challenged participants to demonstrate their accounting knowledge, critical thinking, and composure under pressure. The afternoon was filled with determination, healthy competition, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.

📊 DAY 3 RECAP | Public Practice Sector Day

As part of the 2026 PICPA Cebu Accountancy Week Celebration, Public Practice Sector Day brought together the accounting profession in service to the community through the Free Accounting and Tax Consultation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) held at the City Wing Atrium, SM Seaside City Cebu.

Throughout the afternoon, entrepreneurs, business owners, and aspiring business owners had the opportunity to consult with experienced CPAs on various accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, and compliance concerns. The activity reflects PICPA Cebu's continuing commitment to empowering MSMEs by making professional accounting services more accessible and promoting financial literacy within the business community.
