What youβll do:

π° Loan Processor Virtual Assistant (Onsite)
Play a key role in helping clients move forward with their financial goals!
What youβll do:
File Intake & Organization
Assist in reviewing new loan applications for completeness
Collect borrower documents such as pay stubs, bank statements, IDs, and disclosures
Upload and organize documents in the loan origination system (LOS)
Documentation & Verification Support
Help order and track thirdβparty services (Verification of Employment, Verification of Rent/Mortgage, appraisal, title, insurance)
Perform basic reviews of income, asset, and credit documents under supervision
Identify missing items and follow up with borrowers or loan officers
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a support contact for borrowers, answering basic questions and providing updates
Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and thirdβparty vendors
Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the loan process
Underwriting Preparation
Assist in preparing loan files for underwriting review
Upload conditions and help gather additional documentation as requested
Ensure files remain accurate, complete, and compliant
Compliance & Quality Control
Follow company procedures and federal/state regulations
Ensure disclosures are accurate and timelines are met
Maintain organized, auditβready loan files
Closing Support
Help gather final conditions and prepare files for closing
Coordinate with title companies and internal teams
Review closing documents for accuracy under supervision
Qualifications
0β2 years of mortgage, banking, or administrative experience (mortgage experience preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to learn mortgage guidelines, documentation, and LOS systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fastβpaced environment and managing multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
