✅ Better health outcomes.

They are also better able to handle stress and are more resilient in the face of challenges.

However, delaying gratification is not always easy.

It requires self-control and the ability to manage impulses. It can also be difficult to resist the allure of immediate rewards, especially in today's fast-paced and instant gratification-oriented society.

Delayed gratification is a skill that can be developed with practice. Strategies like setting long-term goals, breaking them down into smaller milestones, and rewarding oneself for progress can help cultivate the ability to delay gratification.
