It's unfortunate to say that a client of mine had to end the policy. Though I reminded the client of the reason for getting a policy 3 years ago, unfortunately, the reason for surrendering it was also valid.
I am saddened that one client must go, but I have witnessed how fast the transaction was after filing it with PRU LIFE UK. The client also claimed the current fund value.
As an agent/policyholder, I must say that I am in the right company. I know I am well cared for and the company LISTEN, UNDERSTAND, and DELIVER. The tag line is not only for marketing strategy, but it is what they really DO.
As an agent, I am looking forward to finding more clients and am confident that after-sales service will always be delivered with compassion.
