Welcome, The Dumangas-Barotac Nuevo Water District (DBNWD) was created by virtue of Resolution No. 136 of 1982, enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Dumangas in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 198, as amended by President Decree Nos. 768 and 1479.

Please be informed that the CLPI water treatment plant, located at Brgy. Maquina, Dumangas, resumed its normal water supply at 2:05 pm June 30, 2026.

Please be informed that the CLPI water treatment plant, located at Brgy. Maquina, Dumangas, was temporarily shut down today from 10:40 am to 5 pm on June 30, 2026. Due to repair of main pipeline leakage near Balabag Elementary School.

In view of this, the municipality of Dumangas is temporarily experiencing low pressure to no water supply.

Please be informed that the CLPI water treatment plant, located at Brgy. Maquina, Dumangas, will temporarily shut down today from 1:30 pm to 5 pm on June 25, 2026. Due to the replacement of the GI pipeline by the uPVC pipeline at Sulangan, Dumangas.

In view of this, the municipality of Dumangas is temporarily experiencing low pressure to no water supply.

Please be informed that the DBNWD maintenance team will conduct flushing in Paloc Sool Housing from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm on June 22, 2026.

As a result of this, the Paloc Sool People's Village will experience a temporary no-water supply.
