Welcome, The Dumangas-Barotac Nuevo Water District (DBNWD) was created by virtue of Resolution No. 136 of 1982, enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Dumangas in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 198, as amended by President Decree Nos. 768 and 1479.

Please be informed that the CLPI Water Treatment Plant, located in Brgy. Maquina, Dumangas, resumed water supply operations at 7 PM this night, September 2, 2026.

Water supply is gradually being restored. Residents may continue to experience low water pressure in some areas as the system returns to normal operations.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued cooperation.

Please be informed that the CLPI Water Treatment Plant, located at Brgy. Maquina, Dumangas, was temporarily shut down this afternoon, September 2, 2026, started 5:34 pm to facilitate the repair of a leak in the intake pipeline.

As a result, the Municipality of Dumangas may temporarily experience low water pressure to no water supply during the repair period.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
