Let me simplify personal finance into one lesson most of us should have learned much earlier:

𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 - 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐬 = 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 + 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 = 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡

That’s it.

Not flashy.
Not complicated.
But life-changing if you actually live by it.

Most people know how to earn.
Very few know how to intentionally keep, grow, and protect what they earn.

The problem is not always income.
Sometimes the real problem is that we don’t know:

Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training

On June 20, 2026, the GenSan City Seventh-day Adventist Central Church, through the Integrated Evangelism Lifestyle (IEL) and Sabbath School Departments, conducted a Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training for selected members of the church care groups in response to the recent 7.8 magnitude earthquake that affected General Santos City and neighboring communities.

The training aimed to equip church volunteers with essential skills to provide emotional and psychological support to individuals and families affected by the disaster. Through Psychological First Aid, trained care group members can help reduce distress, offer comfort, and foster hope and resilience among those facing difficult circumstances.

As a church committed to serving the community, we continue to extend Christ's love through compassionate care, encouragement, and practical support during times of crisis.
