Ako rin, dumaan ako sa ganyan. Trabaho lang nang trabaho pero parang laging kulang. Kaya natutunan ko na hindi sapat ang sipag lang. Kailangan din ng tamang diskarte sa pera.

Kung nararamdaman mo rin ito ngayon, baka ito na ang sign. Message mo lang ako. Usap tayo. Hindi ito tungkol sa biglang pag yaman agad. Simulan lang natin nang tama.

I use a personal budget spreadsheet to track all my expenses and income. That includes salary, commissions, and project-based payments.

As a freelancer, income doesn't always come at the same time. Sometimes it's weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on a per-project basis.

That's why it's essential to understand how your cash flows.
I regularly review how my income and expenses work together to ensure they align effectively. I adjust what needs to be adjusted so I don't overspend, and I stay prepared in case something unexpected happens.

This habit has helped me stay grounded and grow financially. It's something I practice as a freelancer and also something I teach as a financial advisor.

If you're a freelancer, don't just wait for the next payout. Learn to manage what you already have. Freelance income may be unpredictable, but your money doesn't have to be.

Yes, ganito na mindset ko :)

Dati, mindset ko sa pera: Pag may extra, enjoy!
Starbucks, Shopee, travel. Go lang.

Pero kapag may sudden emergency, wala akong mahugot. Kapag zero savings, mahirap. Mahirap din umutang sa mga kakilala dahil may responsibilities din sila.

Doon ko narealize:
Hindi pala pera ang problema, kundi mindset sa pera. Pagba-budget.

Ngayon, may maliit nang emergency fund, health insurance. Plan din mag dagdag ng health card.
Simpleng buhay, pero kahit papano, kapag dumating 'yung emergencies, may mahuhugot.

Mas konti na ang luho.
Mas simple na ang lifestyle.
Pero mas panatag na loob.

Kaya kung may income ka ngayon, take your money seriously.
Start today. Ipon pakonti-konti.
Para bukas, may panangga ka.
