๐A MUST READ (If you care..)๐
I'm 3 years now with Sun Life and today as I write this post, I just delivered my first ever Death Claim to my client.
My client decided to get a policy last May of 2018 after several pleases and encouragement for him to get one (yung malapit ka na niyang mablock kakakulit mo, puro seenzoned).
He failed to pay the whole first year of his policy, but the account remains in-force because he got the V.U.L. He missed to pay his 3rd and 4th quarters due to in and out of the hospital. In short, 2 quarters lang talaga nabayaran ni client.
Last April 2019, I learned that my client passed away. I helped his parents filing a claim and explained to them all possibilities. That the policy is under the 2 year contestability period and need further investigation about the sudden death of their son.
My client was only 29 years old, he has no pre-existing illnesses. Super healthy niya during the time we applied for his policy.
I helped his parents filing all the papers we need to submit. From Cavite to Novaliches, gow lang.
Yung mga times na hopeless ka na kasi pang apat na balik mo na sa hospital just to get the 1st to 4th doctors report.
Today, I witnessed how blessed and honored I am to be a vehicle of extended LOVE of my client to his family. I saw an overflowing tears of joy as I handed down to his parents the check from Sun Life. Our claims got approved. We fought and prayed hard for almost 5 months (whoah).
Because of this cheque, his family can pay lahat ng inutang nila sa hospital, pampagawa ng bahay, pampa-aral sa kapatid niya at konting business. Ayun kasi yung goal namin ni client during the time na kinuha niya ito, bread winner kasi siya. With the help of this cheque, his love to his family will continue kahit wala na siya.
My personal lesson from this first claim, BE MAKULIT KUNG MAHAL MO MGA CLIENTS MO...kahit na minsan naiinis sila dahil super update ka, go lang. Pag nami-miss nila magbayad, kulitin mo pa din. Sayang kasi Yung nasimulan niya, to begin with, kumuha naman talaga siya, hindi dahil para sayo..para yun sa kanya at sa maiiwan niya.

If I secure you, I make sure I will do my best to make you stand with your commitment, makulitan ka na sa akin, wala akong pakialam, dahil mahal ko pamilya mo at ikaw.

Clients: Thank you for the trust. Apologies sa mga pangungulit as it's part of my job and love of service. Mas madaling mangulit, kesa sa mag-explain sa pamilya mo kung bakit di nila makukuha claims nila, dahil di ka na nagbabayad.
Co-advisors: I affirm you all for doing the bRight way of our business, especially yung extended love and service niyo sa mga clients niyo. At sa ibang after sales lang, hoy... gising!
Sa mga Parents: Please support your sons and daughters in getting one, wag po sana tayo pa ang dahilan kung bakit hindi sila kukuha.
Sayo: kailan ka na kukuha? Pag matanda ka na? pag may sakit ka na? You might decline in getting one today, but don't wait until Life Insurance companies decline you.
