Sharing my monitoring of client requests processed last year.

✅ Yes, pwede kang mag-update ng personal details at beneficiaries through PruServices.
✅ Yes, pwede ka ring mag-withdraw ng funds mag-isa.
✅ Yes, pwede kang tumawag sa Customer Service at mag-file ng claim on your own.

I make sure na alam ko ang proseso, na kaya kitang i-guide step by step, at tutulungan kitang mabawasan ang hassle sa paperworks at follow-ups.
