Our BPI online banking portal is now fully accessible. We have also restored critical services in the mobile app, including funds transfers, bills payments, and mobile check deposit.
As more clients resume online transactions, some may experience slower response times. Our teams continue to actively monitor activity and optimize system performance.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support as we complete the full restoration and stabilization of our services.

As of June 16, 6 AM, mobile banking services have been restored and are now available.
We regret the disruption caused by unexpected network connectivity issues that affected our systems.
As access continues to normalize, you may experience slower response times due to higher transaction volumes. Our teams are actively monitoring and working to stabilize performance of the mobile app experience, which will allow us to progressively restore online banking services.
We understand how important reliable access is, and are taking steps to strengthen our systems and processes.

Thank you for your patience. As our team continues
to work to restore access to the BPI app and BPI online, you may continue to access your account through our ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), as well as use your BPI Debit and Credit Cards for both online and in-store transactions.
For our payroll clients, we assure you that the system downtime did not impact the crediting of your net
take-home pay. Payroll credits have been processed as scheduled. You may access your accounts through
ATMs or use your debit cards for purchases.

Our branches are open to serve you. Our branch personnel will be able to assist you while our team continues to work on restoring access to the BPI app and BPI online and enable e-commerce transactions.
Our ATMs and Cash Accept Machines are also available to service your cash needs. Your BPI Debit and Credit Cards may also be used at merchant stores.

In the meantime, you may continue to transact using your BPI Debit and Credit Cards at ATMs and merchant stores.

Online banking including the BPI app, use of BPI online credentials on third-party apps and use of BPI Debit and Credit cards for e-commerce, is currently not available.
You may continue to use your BPI Debit Card and BPI Credit Card at merchant stores and ATMs.
