Saying “Thank you” to an Insurance Agent after requesting for a quotation either personal or online is like saying “Thank you” to a Waiter in a restaurant after asking for extra service water or tissue that you need.
It’s like saying “Thank you” to a Security Guard that opens the door for you everytime you enter a establishment.
It’s like saying “Thank you” to a Sales Lady that assists you with your clothing size even though you’re not going to buy.
It’s like saying “Thank you” to a Janitor that you see cleaning a public comfort room that you also use.
“Thank you “ is a simple yet very powerful 2 words that is at far from a mentality that says “TRABAHO MO NAMAN YAN!”.
Values starts from our home. It is what we teach our kids, and it is what we have learned from our parents.
If we go out there and we know how to simply say “Thank you”, this world will be a better place to work for a living!
