𝗠𝗬 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
A month has already passed and I'm posting this just now, sorry about that 😅 But I want to share my experience in our BBCON 2023 which was held in SM Lanang, Davao on July 28-30, 2023.
When I started as a Financial Consultant, I had a lot to learn about my career because it was not my field of expertise. I have no background in sales, I was not a Financial Management or an Accounting Major in College, I also do not have the confidence in discussing these things way back then. It was a challenge at first, but I want to learn because I know I can bring value in this career.
After I passed the Licensure Exam, I attended a lot of training to gain more knowledge about my career, I also studied, researched and practiced to enhance the skills that I would be needing. It is a continuous process and I have to work hard to get better at mastering my craft until I have the confidence. Thankfully it turned out well, it was not perfect but it was worth the time and effort.
Then one day I was given an opportunity to be a delegate for BBCON 2023, I told myself that maybe this will motivate me even more. I was already excited to learn on the first day from the elite consultants. The credentials of the speakers are really amazing most of them are Top of the Table, Court of the Table and Million Dollar Round Table consultants. It is a dream of many Financial Consultants to reach those marks. I learned that every success has its challenges and like any other Financial Consultants their journey also has some struggles and is way more serious than any of us. What is really inspiring is their determination, you have to know what you are fighting for because this will push you to achieve your goals. The only thing that can hinder us is our own mindset a poor mindset will push you down the well but a right mindset can lead you anywhere.
