Growth often begins when we allow ourselves to see whatโs happening beyond what we already know.
For three days, we had the opportunity to attend the IOTE Convention in Shenzhen, China and it was more than simply walking through an exhibition.
We spent time exploring technologies, listening to different perspectives, meeting people from different industries, and seeing how businesses around the world are approaching innovation.
What stood out was the speed at which technology continues to evolve.
There were ideas and solutions that challenged the way we think about how businesses operate, connect, and prepare for what comes next.
And that is exactly why experiences like this matter.
As business leaders, it is easy to become focused on what is happening inside our own organization. But sometimes, stepping outside gives us a better perspective on where we are and where we could go next.
The trip was not about bringing home every technology we saw.
It was about asking better questions.
What can we learn from these innovations?
What can we apply to our own work?
And more importantly, how can technology create real value for the people and businesses we serve?
Three days in Shenzhen gave us plenty of ideas to think about.
Now comes the more important part:
