Honestly… school examinations are just certificates.
They don’t determine your income.

In school, we learn first before taking a test.
But in real life… life tests you first, then you learn from it.

Let’s be real,
Most people who earn high incomes today:

Didn’t get straight As,
Didn’t follow the “perfect path,”
Didn’t peak during school.

What truly determines your life?
Discipline, skills, attitude, effort…
and how you get back up each time you fall.

If your child’s exam score is low?
C'mon, Man! That’s not the end of the road.
A strong mindset is more powerful than an A+.

So don’t get upset when your child doesn’t score well.
At that moment, they don’t need anger.
They need guidance, patience, and belief from us as parents.

A child who feels supported will rise.
A child who feels belittled will slowly have their spirit dimmed.

Remember…
Our reaction today becomes the voice in their head tomorrow.
So choose to build them, not break them.

Ilang branch ng Jollibee sa Pinas naglagay na ng Self-service Kiosks where you can order, yung iba nagbawas narin sila ng employees, some owners starting to replace their employees with machines, kung saan there are no complains, no salary increase, no demands, no day offs, no personal issues.

In 3-5 years time possible na mawawala ang 60% ng employment due to Artificial Intelligence and Technology. Kahit yung payment sa mga orders natin will be cashless na.

Now, here's the thing. Where do you position yourselves 2 to 3 years from now? Employment world is slowly killing your hope to become financially free. There's nothing wrong with employment, but if today you are preparing yourself to become an employee, then better start a new source of income. Di na pwede sa job nalang tayo naka depende.

Isa lang ang point dito, this year wag mo hayaan na employment lang ang source mo, grab opportunities that will develop your skills na magbibigay sayo ng another source of income and soon financial freedom.
