Yung mga staff natin nagpupunta sa mga bank, ibat ibang branch ng BDO or BPI para ipadala yung cash-out nyo. Nung una ok pa dahil nasa 500 per week pa lang per method ang pinaprocess nila. Kaso nagkaron na ng harvest. So everyday sila sa bank, bawat staff hundreds of over the counter deposits ang ginagawa. Nasisimangutan at napaparinggan na sila ng teller dahil sa dami ng transaction nila, syempre pahirap kay teller yun diba? Humahaba yung pila sa bangko dahil sa Ada Farm. So bandang huli 30 transactions per staff na lang ang tinatanggap ng bank hanggang sa minsan hindi na sila pinapapasok ng guard. Sasabihin down ang system kahit may mga customer naman sa loob ng bank. So anong resulta? Delayed cash-out. Eto yung sinasabi kong walang daanan ng pera. Ilang bank accts na ba natin ang sinara ng mismong bank to save their asses? Bandang huli pati Cebuana nirestrict na rin tayo.

Kaya may SalPay na tayo. Iiintegrate yung sistema ng SalPay sa website natin. Yang rebates at harvest nyo magiging sobrang bilis ng cash out nyan pag naimplement tong SalPay. Ask people who knows SalPay and you will understand what SalPay can do. We paid a lot of money to SalPay para maayos tong cash-out issues na to so support us instead of bashing us.

On Saturday and Sunday, June 1st and 2nd, 2019, our website and entire system will be inaccessible for maintenance. Database migration and integration of SalPay into our system are the reasons for this downtime.

But do not worry, our offices will be operating normally and will continue to process your cash-outs.
We still encourage members to visit any of our offices to pick up your cash-outs. Other cash-out options like Cebuana, Palawan, MLhuiller, Gcash, BDO and BPI deposits will also be processed.

Our IT department has been testing and debugging each and every function of our new system since it was taken down
so we expect everything to be working smoothly once the migration has been completed.

We, once again, ask for your patience and understanding on this matter. This small sacrifice will be beneficial to all of us in the long run.

The previous post about Salarium generated some questions. It was supposed to be a teaser announcement so naturally there will be missing details. But let me give you some details to clarify things up.

1. Salarium / SalPay will be used for BOTH purchase, repurchase and cash-outs in addition to our existing payment methods.
2. You will be charged a one-time fee of P500 for the issuance of your Visa Debit Card under Salarium.
3. Getting a SalPay Visa Debit Card is OPTIONAL. You can have your Ada Farm cash out deposited to your SalPay account and then from SalPay, cash it out to your bank account or via the SalPay Debit Card mentioned on #2.
4. You will be charged P25 by SalPay per transaction.

In response to our rapid growth and continuous expansion, we are pleased to advise upcoming upgrades to our systems.
Along with the incoming changes, we are making some temporary adjustments to anticipate the transition:

Effective this 30th of May, our Rebates Incentive disbursement will be twice a month, with the following schedule:

All requests made on the 15th will be released on the 30th.
Requests made on the 30th will be released on the 15th day of the succeeding month.

Our minimum Rebates Pay-Out request will also be increased to P3000.

NOTE THAT THIS IS ALL TEMPORARY WHILE PAYMENT GATEWAYS ARE BEING ARRANGED WITH DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDERS.

We encourage everyone to welcome these changes, and look forward to implementing the process and system improvements to help everyone grow their business.
