Mga benefits kung naka registered (sa BIR,DTI, CITYHALL)ang iyong business.(online seller or with physical store)
1) Proteksyon mo ito laban sa mga bogus customer. Napakahirap magreklamo kung ikaw mismo ay hindi legitimate o hindi nakarehistro ang business mo?
2) Kung sakaling may malaking customer ang bumibili sa iyo ng malaki, at kailangan ng resibo, papaano ka magbibigay ng resibo kung hindi ka registered. Kailangan kapag may business ka nakahanda ka lagi sa paglago nito.
3) Sa umpisa o sa ngayon, maliit lang o low profile ka lang, pero in the future uunlad ang business mo, kaya need talaga na ma rehistro.
4) Nitong nakaraan ECQ, nagbigay ang gobyerno ng iba’t ibang uri ng ayuda o subsidy, pero isa sa mga requirement ay dapat naka registered at compliant and negosyo. Huwag na hayaang maulit na hindi ka qualified dahil hindi ka registered.

6) Mas credible at pipiliin ng mga customer ang legitimate na negosyo para makasiguro sa kanilang binibili.
7) Mas maganda ang naka registered ang business, dahil mas malaki ang penalty kapag nahuli ka.

tanong ko lang po, may nagpagawa sa amin ng konting analysis kasi binebenta nya yun salon nya sa squarE mall sa bacoor. e maliit na bagay lang nmn... verbal lang naging usapan... ayaw magbigay ng downpayment, gusto email muna yung ginawa nmin bago magbayad... nameet nmn ng in person, maayos nmn po kausap, kaya lang email the work first before payment.... e down lang nmn hinihingi namin tpos eemail n din kaagad. sa mga lawyers kasi, acceptancefees muna, bago tanggapin ang kliente. yun mga iba nmin naging cliente mga nagdodown din nmn kaagad and then trinatrabaho n nmin agad. registered po kami at may official receipt, not fly by night. kayo po ba, iiemail nyo na rin po baang report nyo without receiving downpayment... baka kasi ipagawa sa inyo, work muna, submit before pay....

ABI TABI PO... KONTING KWENTUHAN LANG....
while yours truly is a striving entrepreneur of Mapalad Packaging Center. yours truly is a CPA with solid background of accounting. While Accounting is my first and my great love, i have other interest like arts and craft too. But then every now and then, i get one or two clients, that most of the time are in deep s**t in their accounting and taxation, that made them look na for a true ACCOUNTANT in every sense of the word.
here goes now, nakakaawa yuungg mgga neggosyante na gusto lang nmn magneggosyo at kumita. at dahil rampant ang murang serbisyo ng mgga SO CALLED ACCOUNTANTS (NON--ACCOUNTANTS na mga nagpaka accountant. bcs all the while they thought that ACCOUNTINGG IS JUST JUST). hala sige puro palyado ang BIR REPORTING NG MGA TAX RETURNS... akala nyo walangg problema pero meron meron meron... sino angg tuwang tuwa, e di si BIR na hello hello later.... bat ko n nmn sinasabi yan, kc may nkikita n nmn akong iiyak very soon....
