JET Accounting Firm, in collaboration with PCCI New Marikina and with the participation and support of AutoCount Philippines, successfully conducted the “BIR 2026 Tax Updates for SMEs” seminar today, September 29, 2026, at Pan de Amerikana Old Town Events Place, Marikina City.

The session, led by Jonathan E. Tayawa, CPA, focused on practical and timely BIR compliance matters affecting entrepreneurs and SMEs, including audit reform and audit readiness, invoicing and bookkeeping requirements, VAT and withholding tax concerns, BIR Mission Orders, and the latest RR, RMC, and RMO updates.

More than knowing the latest regulations, businesses need to understand how these rules affect their day-to-day accounting records, tax compliance, and preparedness for BIR examinations.
