Submission of the AML Manual and AML Compliance Form (AML-CF) is now superseded. Compliance will be monitored through AMLC registration and submission of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP).

Companies must present their AMLC Certificate of Registration and proof of MTPP submission during monitoring. Non-compliance may lead to penalties under the 2018 AML/CFT Guidelines and SEC Memorandum Circular No. 4, Series of 2021.
